Permit service scope: The monthly contract covers only permits opened by Valencia Consulting. Amendments and closeouts for old or existing permits opened by another party are not included in the monthly service. If assistance with those permits is needed, we can discuss the scope and agree on a separate, additional fee before work begins. Any such fee is in addition to the $1,000 monthly contract fee.
